Power Rewind Hose Reel Series 1000 Malaysia is a compact industrial reel range for managing compatible hose by manual crank or powered rewind. Electric, hydraulic or compressed-air motor drive configurations are listed, with the motor installed outside the reel. Series 1000 reels are supplied without hose, so the hose assembly is selected separately for the application.

Series 1000 Power Rewind Overview

A chain-and-sprocket drive provides powered rewind, while the direct crank remains available for manual operation and may be removable when required. Correct selection depends on hose dimensions and length, drive source, media, pressure, temperature, connection details and the installation environment.

Current Listed Hose and Operating Range

• Hose size: 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch.
• Listed hose length: 50 m to 100 m, depending on model and hose dimensions.
• Maximum values shown: up to 2,900 psi / 200 bar and 100°C for the listed hose specification.
• Rewind type: manual crank and compatible power motor.
• Installation: floor mounting.

These are catalogue values, not a universal rating for every assembled reel system. The lowest-rated hose, swivel, connection, reel component or accessory determines the safe working limit.

Drive, Brake and Guide Options

The current listing includes electric, hydraulic or compressed-air power drive; spring-actuated pin lock as standard; cam-lock drag brake; optional roller guides; and optional automatic guide, speed controller and clutch. Switches are not supplied with the power-rewind reel unless ordered separately. Confirm control and safety requirements for the intended installation.

Construction and Connections

Carbon steel is listed as the standard reel material, with stainless steel, aluminium and other materials available on request. The standard inlet uses a 90-degree balanced-pressure swivel with NBR packing, and listed inlet and outlet threads are female NPT. Alternative threads should be confirmed during quotation.
