Manual Rewind Hose Reel HD Series Malaysia is a heavy-duty floor-mounted reel range designed for managing long lengths of compatible industrial hose. The HD Series uses a direct hand crank and is supplied without hose as standard, allowing the hose assembly to be quoted according to the application.

Manual Rewind HD Series Overview

The reel supports controlled manual hose payout and rewind in workshops, plants and field service areas. Its heavy-duty steel construction, full-flow shaft and swivel, and locking or braking options are intended to support organised hose handling. Final reel selection must match the hose outside diameter, length, media, pressure, temperature and installation layout.

Current Listed Operating Range

• Hose size: 3/8 inch to 1-1/2 inch.
• Listed hose length: 50 m to 200 m, depending on model and hose dimensions.
• Maximum values shown in the current specification: up to 6,000 psi / 410 bar and 100°C for the listed hose specification.
• Rewind and installation: manual rewind and floor mounting.

These are catalogue limits, not a universal rating for every assembled system. The safe working rating is governed by the lowest-rated reel, swivel, connection, hose and accessory.

• Heavy duty steel construction reels designed for long lengths of hose

• Permanent direct crank rewind .

• Roller guides are option(Specify roller position when ordering.)

• Brake System:cam-lock drag brake or spring actuated pin lock(Supplied with spring actuated pin lock as standard)

• Full flow shaft and swivel

• Standard inlet 90° balanced pressure swivel joint(NBR Packing)

• Inlet & Outlet connection threads are female NPT (Other threads are available when you request)

• All materials are carbon steel as standard (Stainless, Aluminum and other materials are available when you request)

Installation and Safe Operation

Install the reel on a structure capable of supporting the reel, hose and operating loads. Confirm alignment, anchor points, crank clearance and hose routing before use. Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts, rewind at a controlled speed and follow the site's isolation procedure before inspection or maintenance.
